A MAN with a giant lump on his shoulder resembling the end of a sausage roll finally had it removed by Dr Pimple Popper.
Leonard had been walking around with the massive growth, which he’d nicknamed Chip, for around 10 years before visiting Dr Sandra Lee.

He said it started as a small lump but started gradually getting bigger until one day he scratched it on a briar bush and it ripped open.
From then it began oozing puss and smelling “like 10 dead rats” whilst also leaving him in agony when trying to use his left arm.
But the gardener spent years trying to ignore the 3lb lipoma because he admits he has a phobia of the doctor’s office and can suffer panic attacks.
He finally turned to Dr Lee, who dubbed it “One of my CRAZIEST cases EVER!!” when she shared a clip of Leonard on Instagram.
‘CHIP ON MY SHOULDER’
Speaking in the latest episode of her TLC show ahead of his procedure, he said: “I call it the chip on my shoulder.
“It started as a small lump and then it got bigger and bigger to what we have here today.
“Between a few years ago and now it went from and egg and, can I say, boobie?
“It weighs 3lbs. I scratched it on a man-eating briar one day at work and it kinda teared a little bit and now it’s still trying to get out by itself.
“You can see where the skin is trying to go back together around it.
“It feels like two pairs of pliers grabbing my skin and ripping it apart very slowly.”
He added: “It smells bad all the time. It started smelling like rotten deer head and now it smells like 10 dead rats.”
What is a lipoma?
A lipoma is a benign, fatty lump that grows under the skin.
They’re harmless and can usually be left alone if they’re small and painless.
They are non-cancerous and are caused by an overgrowth of fat cells.
Lipomas can grow anywhere on the body, but are most common on the shoulders, neck, chest, arms, back, bum and thighs.
They grow very slowly and don’t usually cause any problems.
Lipomas don’t usually need to be removed unless they’re causing problems, such as pain, or if there’s uncertainty about whether it’s a lipoma.
However it can be removed if it is large or is in an obvious place and is affecting your self-esteem.
You should always see your GP if you develop a growth or swelling on your body.
Eventually, he went under the knife at Dr Lee’s office and she removed the massive growth as he watched.
After slicing open the growth she says to him: “Look here’s your lipoma coming out. You know, Chip’s pretty cute.”
Leonard replies: “Of course, he gets that from me.”

Pulling the yellow mass from under his skin, and snipping it out Dr Lee said: “It’s like a flower… see how it’s like these globules. These are multiple globules that are like tucked in there.
“You saw it come out, it’s like a flower.”
Dr Lee then stitched up his shoulder, leaving him with a neat scar.
