Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK have allegedly had their bank accounts frozen.
The RHOBH stars have been targeted during a lawsuit with PK’s former friend Nicos Kirzis who wants his $1.2M loan from 2011 repaid with interest, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
This may be the same loan Camille Grammer was referencing on a recent episode of their Bravo reality TV series.

A Los Angeles judge has ordered that Dorit, 42, and her husband’s bank accounts be frozen until a court hearing in September, claims the site.
‘Neither can touch the account until a final decision is made,’ according to a source.
A creditor has been trying to ‘seize the funds in a City National Bank account that Dorit has with her husband.’
The site added that the creditor ‘recently went to court saying he tried to garnish a City National Bank Account under PK and Dorit’s name.’

But then Dorit ‘rushed to court demanding Kirzis not be allowed to seize the $29,634.10 in the account. She argued the account was her separate money and PK had not contributed to it.’
But Kirzis said Dorit has yet to prove the money was solely hers.
In September the judge ‘will decide if the bank account can be seized or if Dorit will keep the funds,’ according to The Blast.

Dorit will have to show up in court ‘with her bank statements and financial records, along with information about her sources of income,’ the site added.
And The Blast also said ‘she will have to let the court know of assets and property jointly owned with PK.’
The $1.2M loan was allegedly granted in 2011.
But Kirzis has claimed that not only has PK not repaid the loan, but he tried to get rid of it altogether with his bankruptcy.
Kirzis also shared that Kemsley ‘recently made a payment of $250,000’ but that is not even close to enough.

That amount only takes care of a portion of the interest because the loan is so old.
Even after the $250,000 payment, the balance is still $1,235,573.66.
The hearing is set for September, which is a long way off for the Beverly Hills residents who lead a glam lifestyle with their RHOBH cast mates. They also have two young children to take care of.

But PK may be flush with cash soon as he recently announced he will be producing the bio film about his friend Boy George.

This comes after PK said his legal battle with The Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is resolved.
The casino went after him for unpaid casino markers. PK argued that the bankruptcy filing had wiped the $3.6 million. He agreed to make payments until June 2018, but stopped paying — still owing over $2 million.
In September, the Bellagio took PK to court and was granted judgement to go after PK to seize the assets, The Blast reported.
But this year they reportedly reached a deal.
