DJ Adam Sky dead: Australian DJ ‘found dead’ aged 42 after rescuing female colleague

The website claimed Adam Sky’s female colleague Zoia Lukiantceva broke her leg after falling four metres from their private pool area.

Adam is believed to have smashed into a glass door and severed a major artery while trying to rescue his colleague.

The publication said he was found “lifeless and lying in a pool of blood” at the Hillstone Villas Resort, south of Kuta, around 10am on Saturday.

Police reportedly confirmed alcohol was involved.

Express.co.uk has contacted a representative or Adam for comment.

A statement on his official Facebook and Instagram pages confirmed the news of his death.

It read: “It is with great regret that we can confirm Adam Neat was involved in a fatal accident while trying to help a friend who had suffered multiple fractures in Bali on Saturday 4th May 2019.

“Relatives and friends of Adam are travelling to Bali today and handling all arrangements.

“We ask you to respect the families privacy at this moment while we all come to terms with our tragic loss.”

The much-loved DJ had recently enjoyed performing in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Late last month, he shared a picture of him experiencing Singapore’s Marquee club on Instagram.

Adam smiled in a picture of him enjoying a beverage next to a bucket filled with Prosecco bottles.

He wrote: “Finally got a chance to check out @marqueesingapore last Friday for the mighty @aboveandbeyond. What an amazing club!”

His final Instagram post was shared just five days ago, with the DJ promoting his merchandise.

Adam held on to a cap as he gave a serious pose to the camera, captioning the picture: “Why so serious? Get your merch at www.djadamsky.com”

Adam was ranked as the third most popular DJ in Asia and also had a wide social media following.

Upon the news of his death, many of his fans flocked to the likes of Twitter and Facebook to pay a tribute.
