There is absolutely no let-up in the Premier League with another full weekend programme to feast on ahead of the Christmas and New Year Period.

As ever, Betfair Ambassador Dimitar Berbatov previews the action for Metro.co.uk

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool

I will go for the obvious one here and say Liverpool will win, although they have had their ups and downs in the season. I think that win against Spurs in the last minute will give them even more confidence. Prediction 3-1.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Crystal Palace 11/2, Draw 7/2, Liverpool 4/7

Southampton vs Man City

This is going to be a difficult one for City, there’s something going on there, especially when a team with all that quality can’t beat West Brom. Something isn’t quite right for them football-wise and I think they’re going to have a tough time in this match, or they could surprise us and bounce back. Prediction 1-1.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Southampton 6/1, Draw 4/1, Man City 1/2

Everton vs Arsenal

Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal. I like Arteta and I want them to do well for him, but this is going to be a tough match for them, Everton are doing well. I think the crisis will get a bit worse for them before it gets better and I think Everton will be in the mood to go for Arsenal in this one. Prediction 2-0.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Everton 6/4, Draw 13/5, Arsenal 2/1

Newcastle vs Fulham

I’m going to back my former team for the surprise here and I think they will win it. They were unlucky against Brighton, they played some good football and they could have won that match. Prediction 1-2.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Newcastle 13/8, Draw 12/5, Fulham 2/1

Brighton vs Sheffield United

This is an obvious one considering how Sheffield United are playing. Brighton are another team, like Fulham, that are playing good football but not really getting the results to show for it. I think they will take all three points in this one. Prediction 1-0.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Brighton 8/11, Draw 3/1, Sheffield United 5/1

Spurs vs Leicester

Leicester have had lots of ups and downs so far, you expect them to win a game and then they lose, and when you expect them to lose a game they win. I’m backing Spurs in this one because they need the win, it’s a really important game for them, especially after the Liverpool heartbreak. Prediction 2-1.

Betfair Exhange Odds: Spurs 6/5, Draw 13/5, Leicester 14/5

Man United vs Leeds

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was still a Manchester United player the last time they met Leeds United in the Premier League (Picture: Getty)

Another really important game for United here, I think because Leeds play open football and they are brave going forward, there will be a lot more space for United to counter attack and cause problems with their speed. But Leeds don’t care who they play and stick to their game. I can see lots of goals in this one. Prediction 3-2.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Man United 8/11, Draw 7/2, Leeds 4/1

West Brom vs Aston Villa

This will be Sam Allerdyce’s first game and he has a reputation for saving teams and getting them playing in a way that gets them up the table. Most of the time it might not be beautiful football but that’s how he gets it done and he has his style. West Brom need points, it doesn’t matter how they get them. I think Big Sam will start with a draw in this one. Prediction 1-1.

Betfair Exchange Odds: West Brom 3/1, Draw 14/5, Aston Villa 21/20

Burnley vs Wolves

Last time out, Burnley were fortunate to get a draw against Aston Villa, who missed a lot of chances. They will need to up their game because Wolves will be a lot more clinical if they get the opportunity in front of goal. I can see them making this one difficult. Prediction 0-0.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Burnley 11/4, Draw 9/4, Wolves 5/4

Chelsea vs West Ham

This is a must win for Chelsea in my opinion, I think they are going to have a tough time in this one but I think they will just edge it, they need to. West Ham have been playing well and I think they will certainly take the game to Chelsea. Prediction 2-1.

Betfair Exchange Odds: Chelsea 8/15, Draw 4/1, West Ham 6/1
