The day after Thanksgiving is one of the most popular days for deep discounts and extensive sales on all sorts of items, video games included. Black Friday is a great day to pick up a hot new release, some extra storage, a new controller, or even a new console or upgraded component for your PC. Did you find any noteworthy sales this Black Friday? What did you pick up?
I had a pretty quiet Black Friday, personally, though I am eyeing some Xbox Game Pass Ultimate discounts at Target. I get a lot of use out of the Netflix-like service, and I’m sure I will remain subscribed for the foreseeable future, so stacking up a few months at a discount is not a bad idea. Otherwise, I am quite interested in Guardians of the Galaxy for $25, but I think I can wait a little while longer before I grab it. On the Switch front, I am looking at a few discounts on the eShop, such as Golf Story for $7, but am not seeing much that I absolutely have to have.
