Former Strictly Come Dancing finalist Joe Sugg, 28, announced he will be playing Ogie in the West End show Waitress last month.
Last night, his girlfriend Dianne Buswell, 30, watched the show from the audience for the first time, without him knowing.
After the performance, she surprised Joe in his dressing room behind-the-scenes.
In view of her 775,000 Instagram followers, she shared a picture of her beaming for the camera while hugging her beau.
Expressing her excitement, she wrote: “I have never felt so proud in all my life!
“I surprised Joe tonight and went and saw him in @waitresslondon he had no idea I was there.”
Speaking further of her emotions, she added: “I cried, I laughed, danced, and sung in my seat you were so so so so so so good.
“Joseph all your hard work has paid off…. Also vlog to come on the depths I went to to surprise him, you will love it there are real tears of joy watching him.”
Dianne concluded her post by thanking the cast for their “incredible” efforts.
Joe also took to his Instagram page to comment on his surprise visit from his girlfriend.
The YouTube star shared a picture of Dianne sitting on his lap amongst his fellow cast members on the stage.
In view of his 5.6 million followers, he wrote: “Look who popped into the diner tonight to surprise me @diannebuswell thank you for always making time to support me in everything I do when you’re so busy yourself.
“This topped off an incredible week working with incredible people. Double show day tomorrow get ya tickets.”
Dianne and Joe first met when they danced together on Strictly Come Dancing last year.
Days after getting to the final of the show, Joe confirmed the pair were in a relationship.
Last month the duo took their relationship to the next level when Joe Sugg asked Dianne to move in with him.
The Waitress star filmed himself asking her the big question, to which she said yes.
Despite moving in together, Dianne said she isn’t ready to get engaged to Joe.
In an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, she said it would be “too early” for Joe to pop the question.
She said: “It’s a bit early for that.
“It’s not been a topic that we’ve spoken about. We’ve got so many things to do before that.”
She added: “It’s not even been a thought in my mind. Who knows down the track, we’ll see.”
