Diana Ross’ complaint about ‘feeling violated’ when an TSA agent touched her between the legs at Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans will not warrant any further action or change in policy.  

The Transportation Screening Administration opened an investigation, reviewed surveillance footage and interviewed the officers involved with the singer’s pat-down last weekend.

‘Protocols for resolving alarms during Advanced Imaging Technology screening were correctly followed,’ a TSA official said according to TMZ.

The representative went on to add that TSA procedures are designed to protect all travelers from potential threats to aviation system. 

The pat-down happened after Ross performed at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on Saturday, May 4.

Early the following morning, she took to Twitter and shared a series of tweets.

‘OK so on one hand I’m treated like royalty in New Orleans and at the airport I was treated like sh*t,’ the songstress first wrote.

‘Let me be clear, Not the peiple [sic] or Delta BUT TSA, was over the top !! Makes me want to cry !!!’ 

Ross went on to say that it’s ‘not what was done but how, I am feeling violated’.  

‘I still feel her hands between my legs , front and back ( saying to me it her job ,) WOW!! really mixed emotions I always like to see the good things but not feeling good right now,’ Ross added.

A few hours later Ross tweeted a video of her concert with the caption: ‘Im feeling better, it took a minute.’

Ross reportedly put on an incredible performance at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday. 

The singing sensation, 75, looked elegant in the flowing gown which featured a heavily sequined top and a full tulle yellow skirt. 

Ross shot to fame with the vocal group The Supremes in the 1960s. They went on to become Motown’s most successful act with hits like: Baby Love, Stop! In The Name Of Love, You Can’t Hurry Love and You Keep Me Hangin’ On.

Her legendary career includes selling over 100 million records and winning a Lifetime Achievement Award Grammy, a Golden Globe, Kennedy Center Honors, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
