LOOSE Women star Denise Welch showed off her remarkable two-stone weight loss in a plunging swimsuit on holiday in Barbados.
The 61-year-old actress posed in the zig-zag one-piece for a photo at the luxury Caribbean retreat where she’s been relaxing with husband Lincoln Townley.

She captioned the snap: “Beach ready in Barbados!”
Her Loose Women co-stars congratulated her, with Nadia Sawalha writing: “Looking mighty fine !!!♥️?” while Saira Khan remarked: “Sexy mama.”
Referring to the slimming brand she promotes, Denise added: “Still maintaining my 2st weight loss thanks to flexifasting with @lighterlife.
“It allows me to enjoy the food on holiday and means I won’t pile the pounds on over Christmas.

“It’s all about a more healthy relationship with food as dealing with depression, I need to look after myself in my well periods.”
Denise concluded: “Quite a serious post so normal service will be resumed tmrw!!! ???.”
Indeed it was, with her next post a video of 46-year-old Lincoln in one of her swimsuits, crawling around on the floor.
She wrote: “All I said was ‘Lincoln look like you’re having more fun on holiday’ and he has to take it to extremes!!!”

Denise has revealed in the past that her weight gain was caused by bingeing on sugary foods after she and Lincoln quit booze in 2012.
She explained: “Once I stopped drinking, I started getting massive sugar cravings and the weight started going on.”
She and Lincoln started dating in 2011 and married two years later.
He is her third husband after actor David Easter, whom she married in 1983, and Tim Healey, who she married in 1988.
Denise announced that she and the Benidorm star had split on Loose Women in 2012.
