David McDonnell's Footie5 Predictions: Beat sports reporter to try and net £25k

The end of the Premier League season is almost upon us with the title race going right down to the wire.

Manchester City and Liverpool are battling it out for the top prize, with Pep Guardiola’s men one point clear with two games to go.

Tottenham and Chelsea are on course to finish in the top four, although Arsenal aren’t out of the running just yet.

And at the bottom, Cardiff have it all to do but Neil Warnock is refusing to give up.

If you correctly guess the results of the given games listed below, you could win a whopping £25,000 in the Footie5 game.

But first check out the predictions of Manchester football correspondent David McDonnell as he looks into his crystal ball.

Bournemouth 2-1 Tottenham

Spurs will have one eye on the decisive second leg of their Champions League semi-final against Ajax, which is why I fancy Bournemouth to spring a surprise and win.

Spurs lost to Ajax in midweek

West Ham 2-0 Southampton

Southampton boss Ralf Hassenhuttl has done an amazing job to keep them up, but after ensuring their safety, I’m expecting a drop-off from the players and a home win.

Wolves 2-1 Fulham

After wins over Arsenal and Watford , Wolves are ending the season with a flourish and pushing to secure seventh spot. They should have too much for relegated Fulham , despite them having won their last three.

Jimenez and Jota will take some stopping

Cardiff 0-1 Crystal Palace

A must-win game for Cardiff, who look doomed after their defeat to Fulham. That loss looks to have put paid to their hopes of survival, and Palace can send them down with victory here.

Newcastle 1-2 Liverpool

Despite his affinity with his former club, Rafa Benitez will be desperate to beat them and end their title bid. That said, I expect Liverpool to prevail in what will be a tight encounter and take the title race to the final day.
