Maura Higgins has laughed off her recent breakup with Curtis Pritchard in style – by singing and dancing along with her Dancing On Ice co-stars.

In Instagram stories shared by Ian ‘H’ Watkins, which Maura subsequently reposted, the two were seen laughing and making funny faces before belting out a few tunes and dance moves alongside fellow contestant Lisa George.

The whole gang were first filmed jumping about through corridors
backstage at the show – and they later all began to sing songs by Lady Gaga.

Werk, guys.

In footage shot by pro dancer Matt Evers and reposted to
Maura’s story, they could be seen singing along to Gaga’s love ballad Million
Reasons, before they later bopped their heads to her latest single, Stupid
Love.

Maura also filmed H attempting his best cartwheels to the singer’s chart topping hit Bad Romance – because why not?

It comes after the reality star confirmed earlier this week she had split from Curtis after the two began dating when they coupled up together on last year’s series of Love Island.

The 29-year-old shared a statement to her Instagram story, saying they ‘tried to make it work’, and there is ‘no bad feeling’ between the two.

‘Curtis and I have made the decision to separate,’ she wrote. ‘We enjoyed a great experience from our time in the villa and want to thank everyone for supporting our relationship.

‘There is no easy way to get through a breakup and no bad feeling on either side.

‘We tried to make it work but it wasn’t meant to be and I
wish Curtis nothing but the best for the future.’

Their split leaves Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury as the only couple from last year’s series of Love Island to still be together.

It has been reported that Maura’s closeness to her Dancing On Ice partner, Alexander Demetriou, may have been a reason behind their split, with their close bond also said to have led to fights between the skater and his wife, Carlotta Edwards.

However, Maura has yet to respond publicly to the claims, and there is no suggestion that Maura and Alex are anything more than good friends.
