The desperate father took to Twitter to ask people to stay indoors during the coronavirus lockdown

A poignant image was taken from within his daughter’s Charing Cross Hospital room and while she couldn’t be seen in the photo ,the desperate parents used the snapshot to send an important message on Twitter about the devastating circumstances the hospitals are facing as a result of the growing number of COVID-19 cases nationwide.

The message from the parents was originally posted on his wife’s Instagram which detailed the news they’d received from doctors informing them that the hospital was now at full capacity and that no more beds were available to take in the growing number of COVD-19 patients.

As a result, the private ward their daughter currently resides in could very well be shut down to make more room for those affected by the virus leaving their daughter with nowhere to go when her next round of chemo is due in two weeks time.

In one final plea, the message read: “if staying home feels like a big ask, please think again.”
