Cuba Gooding Jr. will speak to police ‘sooner rather than later’ over allegations he groped a woman in New York.

The Boyz N The Hood actor was pictured driving through Los Angeles on Wednesday and arrived at the airport later that day where he denied the accusations to TMZ.

Cuba, 51, has been hit by claims he grabbed a 29-year-old woman’s breast at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan on Sunday, but says he has footage to prove he didn’t.

The actor said: ‘There’s a tape that shows what really happened. I believe in the system and let the process speak for itself.’

Cuba was at the 7th avenue venue to party with friends and obliged in taking photos with a few fans while he was there.

Since then, a forcible touching complaint has been filed against him, from a woman who claims to have had an argument with him about unwanted touching.

But Cuba is so certain that she will be proved wrong that he plans to attend the Manhattan Special Victim’s Unit with his lawyers to contest it on Thursday.

Cuba is currently thought to be dating Claudine De Niro, the divorced ex-daughter in law of Robert De Niro.

The couple was first ‘hooking up’ last December and attended a cinema event together on the last weekend in May.

The same week, Cuba bid an emotional farewell to the game-changing director who started his Hollywood career, John Singleton.

Cuba was at the hospital where the Boyz In The Hood filmmaker was in a coma last month and sadly passed away at the age of 51.
