A crew member on Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Hart’s new movie, Me Time, was ‘seriously injured’ on set on Tuesday.

A male stage technician had a ‘long fall’ from up to 30 feet and was taken to a trauma center for treatment, Deadline reported.

The unidentified man’s condition is currently unknown as he continues to receive medical treatment.

Speaking to the publication, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey confirmed that a 911 call was placed on Tuesday morning to report that a major accident had occurred at Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood, California.

Humphrey could only confirm that the fall happened ‘at or near’ the studio, but sources told the outlet that the accident took place at Stage 12, where the Netflix movie is being filmed.

According to TMZ, paramedics had to use a defibrillator on the injured person to revive his heartbeat after he didn’t have a pulse and CPR was being performed.

Humphry told People magazine that the unidentified male had suffered ‘massive trauma’ and was ‘haemorrhaging’.

The man, believed to be in his 30s, reportedly had ‘fractures to his legs and arms,’ with his condition going from ‘grave’ to ‘critical’ after his heartbeat returned.

Netflix’s Me Time follows ‘a stay-at-home dad (Kevin) who finds himself with some ‘me time’ for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away.’

The synopsis continues: ‘He reconnects with his former best friend (Mark) for a wild weekend that nearly upends his life.’
