Courteney Cox has blessed us all with a Friends throwback of dreams.

The 55-year-old shared a snap of the gang – including Jennifer Aniston, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow – smiling as they enjoyed dinner together, before filming the last ever episode.

And she also threw in a picture of the final script for good measure.

Our hearts can’t take it.

Alongside the upload, the Monica Geller actress wrote: ‘“The Last Supper” before taping “The Last One” on Jan 23, 2004. #tbt #friends.’

Jennifer was one of the first to comment, sliding in with a string of crying emojis, as Lisa simply wrote ‘Awwww,’ beside a shocked emoji.

An impressed Instagram user replied: ‘This just got me emotional, I wonder do they know how infectious they all were in our upbringing xxx.’

While one fan said what we’re all thinking, adding: ‘Stop teasing us and make this s**t happen again @courteneycoxofficial @jenniferaniston thx (sic).’

Courteney’s upload comes after she had an awkward Instagram moment, thanks to one of those pesky filters.

In a video shared on her grid, she could be seen playing with a ‘Which Friends Character Are You’ game, which is a bit of a cheat seeing as she’d played Monica for an entire decade.

How did Courteney Cox not get Monica Geller?! (Picture: Instagram)

Unfortunately for Courteney / Monica, she initially landed on Rachel, before giving it another go and getting Ross.

Not all that happy about that, she tried it again and again, with Joey’s face popping up before Phoebe’s.

How does actual Monica Geller not get herself?

After a lot of trying, she eventually landed on her own character, joking that she thought she was going to land on Ugly Naked Guy at one point.

But what about Chandler?!

Friends is available to stream now on Netflix UK.
