Coronation Street’s Liz McDonald was on today’s Loose Women discussing her shock exit from the soap.
Beverley Callard announced this morning that she’s leaving the cobbles behind.
She lifted the lid on Liz’s explosive exit from the beloved programme.
Coleen Nolan asked: Obviously you don’t know how she’s going to leave do you? Because their not going to tell you.”
Beverley replied: “”No I don’t know…”
Nolan then said: “Well I hope they don’t kill you off.”
The star said: “Well I did think because it’s 60- I’ve been in it 30 years, but Coronation Street is 60 next year- and I thought, they’re going to kill me.”
“But no they’re not, they’ve said they’re not.”
Beverley explained that her character “will go out with a bang.”
