FORMER Corrie actress Tisha Merry has set tongues wagging after being spotted wearing a fertility bracelet.
Tisha, who quit the Street in 2017, has been dating Tyrone Dobbs actor Alan Halsall, 36, since the beginning of the year, and friends of the couple think a baby might be on the horizon.
They now live together in Alan’s home in the well-heeled Manchester suburb of Worsley and have spoken of their love for each other.
The actress, 26, who has just launched her own YouTube channel, has been promoting an electronic bracelet on Instagram that tracks a woman’s cycle to alert to her to the best time to conceive.
She recommended it to fans trying to conceive as well as those who just want to know more about their cycle, and said she’s “finally found her balance”.
A pal told The Sun Online: “It’s not gone unnoticed that Tisha has been wearing the electronic band so perhaps they are looking to take their relationship to the next level.“They have made no secret of the fact that they are both head-over-heels in love with each other and Alan is already a brilliant dad so having another child would hold no fears for him.”
Dad-of-one Alan previously confessed to feeling under pressure to pop the question to Tisha.
He said: “The pressure is there from day one but we’ve not been together that long, so I think we’ll just enjoy ourselves for now.”
Alan and Tisha – who played Steph Britton in the soap – had been dating for several months when they confirmed their relationship in spring of this year.
The pair initially sparked romance rumours in February after posting a series of snaps from a visit to Manchester’s AJ Bell Stadium, where they cheered on the Salford Red Devils.
Alan split from former Corrie star Lucy-Jo Hudson in May last year – only a few months after they’d moved into their new home with daughter Sienna.
They had married in 2009 and just eight weeks after they announced their marriage was over, she revealed she was dating panto star Lewis Devine, with whom she swiftly set up home.
Lucy-Jo, 36, is now pregnant.
Following the split from wife Lucy-Jo , Alan found solace in the gym – punishing his body with monster three-hour workouts to numb the pain of his broken heart.
But it was at the David Lloyd fitness centre near Manchester that he grew close to Tisha with early morning games of badminton.
