Friday night’s double bill of Coronation Street saw Paul Foreman (played by Peter Ash) confirm to his sister Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) and mum Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) he was groomed as a teenager by Kel (Joseph Alessi).
He had told Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) about the abuse he’d suffered but his family had remained in the dark, until now.
In coming episodes, Kel will take revenge on the family as they have him arrested for sexually abusing Paul.
Paul will confirm Kel has been arrested and he’ll soon have to go in and give a statement.
But there’s more trouble in store when Kel turns up at Number Five.

He will go to the police and give a damning statement to make sure Kel ends up paying for his crimes.
Meanwhile, Paul’s boyfriend Billy will reveal he’s made an appointment for him to speak with a counsellor.
It seems Paul may finally get the chance to try and deal with the abuse he suffered at the hands of Kel.
Elsewhere, it looks as thought Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) could have Vicky Jeffries (Kerri Quinn) killed.
