A COMEDIAN has released a foul-mouthed album for new mothers to help them cope with stress – containing almost 100 swear words.

Olivia Lee, 42, has filled 16 tracks to help mums to “stay positive” and “relax” by using expletives.

Her new album is called “Mindful Mum – How Not To Lose Your Total F***ing S**t”, and will be released by Decca Records on September 6.

Proudly carrying the “Parental Advisory Explicit Content” label, it has 95 swear words, including 58 f***s, 16 s***s, 7 a******es, 5 t***s, 4 t*ts, 3 w***s and 1 c***.

She says her controversial new creation, which she started writing in January, was sparked by “the trend of rigid positivity that this generation seem obsessed with”.

Olivia, who has a three-year-old son, said: “Nobody really prepares you for motherhood and everything it entails.

“My hormones turned me into a crazy woman and sometimes it can be hard to express those feelings.

“I think women should be able to express themselves however they want – the album is designed to help that.

“There’s huge pressure to be positive but actually mums shouldn’t be judged for being negative. The album is a two-fingered salute to all that.

“All I can hope is that after listening to my album any mum will be able to un-fuck themselves from the prison of perfection.”

She said the track, How Not to Hate Your Partner, is her favourite and is about the feelings of resentment she felt as a new mum when her hormones were going wild.

A fan said: “The album is great. Olivia is like the new Eminem but for mums.”

Olivia, from London, got her break on Channel 4’s Balls of Steel and went on to host a raft of TV shows, including Channel 4’s Naughty Bits, T4 and Dirty Sexy Funny.

She also appeared on an episode of The Basil Brush Show in 2004.
