ColourPop beats Glossier and MAC to become the most popular beauty brand online

While we all love experimenting with the latest makeup launches, it’s a truth universally acknowledged most beauty obsessives return to one particular brand time and time again. Whether you’re a die-hard Rimmel addict, Fenty Beauty fan, or recent convert to some of the newer beauty brands popping up on the block, such as Milk, Glossier and Uoma, our favourite brands reflect the colourful diversity of our society.

According to SimilarWeb, who compiled a report of the most trafficked beauty websites in the US in April, there’s one beauty brand to rule them all: ColourPop.

While the top ten rankings feature a diverse spectrum of beauty brands, from classic, traditional labels, to internet celebrity-hyped rivals, WWD reports that the budget drugstore favourite clinched the top spot with a whopping 2.09 million site visits.

ColourPop was born, raised and made in the City of Angels. Founded in 2014 by Seed Beauty, the budget beauty brand pride themselves on being wallet friendly and bunny approved.

Jeffreestarcosmetics.com, the beauty venture of American YouTuber and makeup artist Jeffree Star came in as a close runner-up with 2.06 million site visits, while longstanding beauty favourite Avon.com took third place with 1.82 million site visits.
