Football star Wayne Rooney will return home the moment his contract in America expires – because Coleen wants their children raised in the UK.
It is claimed his wife is desperate to come back already and hasn’t properly settled in the States after they arrived in June last year.
He is the highest paid soccer star in the US history, landing a $5million-per-season deal at DC United in 2018.
She has already tired of life across the pond and is itching to come home, sources have told The Sun.
But Coleen has quite a wait – he is 13 months into a three-and-a-half-year contract in Washington.

They have boys, Kai, nine, Klay, six, Kit, three, and also 17-month-old Cass together and they will be back when his deal expires.
It is claimed the family may return earlier without dad and their kids will be enrolled in schools for the start of term in January 2021. MirrorOnline have approach Coleen’s representatives for comment.
A source said: “This is seen as a major win for Coleen. She’s put her foot down and told Wayne she wants their children to grow up in familiar surroundings in the UK and get them settled in local schools.
“And since she’s got her wish, Coleen’s the happiest she’s been for years.

Wayne loves the US lifestyle, and is reportedly keen to carry on playing for as long as he can.
He is now 33 and the former England captain has been a hit in Major League Soccer, even scoring from the half-way line.

The 33-year-old took some time out to treat Klay and a young pal to a day out at Legoland, Windsor, this weekend.
She looked relaxed and happy as she held on tightly to her little boy on the rollercoaster.
When it came to the log flume she didn’t take any chances, covering her leopard print top with a bright yellow waterproof.
