Coleen Rooney has shared her boys trying to keep up with Joe Wicks in his first YouTube Live PE workout amid the coronavirus pandemic.

As schools around the country remain closed, as we’re all encouraged to stay inside and social-distance ourselves, Joe’s making sure the kids are staying active with his first tough virtual session.

Clearly parents are loving the respite too, as Coleen popped Joe on the telly and had her four children with Wayne Rooney tire themselves out this morning.

With more than 800,000 people tuning in to the tough workout (Joe later revealed 806k streamed his video live), the Rooney boys tried to keep up as they were put through their paces with some toe-touches.

Coleen and Wayne’s sons, Kai, 10, Kit, six, Klay, four, and Cass, one, were seen in the Rooney’s plush lounge as their mum encouraged them from behind the scenes.

We may have four budding footballers on our hands if they keep their fitness up like this!

Today nearly 1million people tuned in to get fit with The Body Coach himself.

Realising the madness that was ensuing online, Joe, while taking a breather, said during the live-stream: ‘We’re in Korea, we’re in Jamaica – this YouTube has gone global!’

Taking us all thought our paces with a workout that included everything from running on the spot to boxing, Joe himself was working up quite a sweat.

‘I’m a fit dude, but I’m finding it tough,’ he said between exhausted pants.

However, it was clear he only wanted this stream to be temporary – no matter how successful it may become over the coming weeks.

‘We’re going to return to normal and be reconnected again,’ he said, trying to put minds at ease amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

As he wrapped up his sweaty class, Joe yelled: ‘What a workout, yes! I loved it. I absolutely loved it.’

All those parents who get a little half hour respite from entertaining the kids each morning love it as well, Joe, we can tell you that much.
