Coleen Rooney 'wants fifth child with Wayne' after returning home to the UK

Coleen Rooney is hoping to ‘seize control’ of husband Wayne’s life when he moves back to the UK in January, according to reports.

The 33-year-old former England football captain has agreed to move from Washington’s DC United to Derby County to become a player-coach.

This has thrilled Coleen, who has has an ‘unhappy time’ while being located in the United States and Wayne has seen his behaviour become ‘wayward’, especially during the MLS league’s off-season.

Coleen believes the responsibility of Wayne’s role at Derby will be just what he needs to end his ‘misbehaving ways’ and The Sun has reported that she hopes to put him in the family way again, by trying for a fifth child.

The pair have been married for 11 years but the past 12 months have seen the biggest strain on their relationship as Coleen’s homesickness was coupled with Wayne’s ‘escalating boozing’ seeing him stray off the straight and narrow on more than one occasion.

The Rooneys are planning on living in their new £20million purpose-built mansion in Cheshire, when they are together again after Wayne’s football commitments in the US are brought to an end at the beginning of 2020.

Coleen is also reportedly planning to ‘relaunch’ her career.

She had reportedly admitted to close friends on social media that it has been “a difficult year,” and had been ‘desperate’ to leave the United States.

A friend of Coleen’s told The Sun that she “loved being a mum ahead of everything else,” and with a return to the UK, she “feels their family could expand further”.

They said that Coleen and Wayne’s “strongest asset” was “being good parents together,” and that despite his wayward behaviour, “she has always felt that [Wayne]… is a great dad.”
