Codemasters has announced the creation of its ‘Racing Ahead” content creator program, which will give content creators early access to early versions of new games, behind the scenes events and other opportunities to share with their audiences.
“Our aim is to make it easier for content creators with a love of racing games to gain access to Codemasters incredible portfolio and share their experiences with their communities,” said Shaun White, Director of Communications at Codemasters. “We look forward to welcoming new players into our program and to create opportunities for them to work with us through all phases of the game’s development, from announcement through to post-launch.
Codemasters is perhaps best known for their work on Formula One games. In fact, Codemasters CEO Frank Sagnier once stated to MCV/Develop that: “Codemasters equals racing.”
This news comes on the heels of the recent announcement that the company has extended their contract for the FIA Formula One Championship franchise from 2021 until 2025, with a further option for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
Applications for the Racing Ahead program are open now, and are available on the Codemasters website, with successful applicants being contacted via email.
