Co-op £5 frozen meal deal is back – and you can get Oreo ice cream with it


CO-OP’S £5 freezer deal is back with an even better selection than before – and even includes Oreo ice cream.

The deal sees five popular items, which are priced individually from £1.20 to £3.65, cost just £5 when bought altogether.

It’s a favourite with savvy shoppers thanks to its mixed selections of a main, sides and a dessert.

If you bought all 5 of the frozen foods separately it would cost you £12.70.

Thanks to the offer, you’re saving £7.70.

The deal is also not available in all stores – so make sure you check if your local store is offering it before heading out.

Here’s what you get from Co-op for £5:

Birds Eye Chicken Shop Southern Fried Nuggets 400g – (normally £3.50)

Goodfellas Garlic Bread 218g (normally £2)

McCain Crispy Dippers 650g (normally £2.35)

Co-op Frozen Battered Onion Rings 454g (normally £1.20)

Oreo Ice Cream 480ml (normally £3.65)

The discount only works if you buy all the items above in one transaction – no substitutions are allowed.

It runs until August 4 or while stocks last so make sure you head down to your nearest Co-op if you want to seize it.

Last year, there were six items in the deal, including chicken burgers, fish fingers and potato Alphabites.

Co-op does say that the offer changes each time, so if you’re not keen on the selection for this deal, there could be one that suits you best soon.

It’s not the only deal that is on offer at the moment.

Aldi’s also launched a planner to help you plan a £45 weekly shop for family of four.
