Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber grab some take out and head over to their daughter Kaia's apartment

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber had a busy day after spending the afternoon with their daughter Kaia Gerber before heading out for an early dinner while out in New York. 

The covergirl, 53, and her husband, 57, stepped out with a bag of take out as they walked with their umbrella in hand on Sunday evening before getting held up as they waited for Kaia, 18, to buzz them in.

It appeared as though the famous parents then waited too long before Cindy got out her phone and gave her daughter a quick phone call to let her know they were waiting.

The busy parents didn’t stick around for long before heading out for an early date-night.

Looking good: for her second look of the day, she wore a pair of jeans and a denim-colored sweater. She then draped a black wool coat over her shoulders

For their venture out to their daughters, Cindy looked chic in a black leather jacket and a pair of jeans.

She dressed up the look by adding a silver Gucci belt to the look while out visiting her daughter. 

To stay warm, she added a thick black scarf that she wrapped around her neck, 

Rande: He kept his style simple for the day with just a gray sweater and a pair of jeans

On the move: They appeared to be having good conversations as they made their way to the young model’s house

When they returned home for the evening, they later stepped out to grab an early bite to eat which called for a necessary wardrobe change.

Cindy then was spotted wearing a denim blue sweater with a black wool coat draped over her shoulders.

Rande kept his style simple for the day with just a gray sweater and a pair of jeans.

During his afternoon outing, he threw on a navy bomber coat before swapping it out for a heavier down black jacket.

As they headed towards their evening destination, Cindy rushed ahead of her husband while holding onto the label of her jacket to keep it from falling off her shoulders.

In the midst of their weekend chaos, it seems as though this A-list couple may be looking to change views.

According to The New York Post, the couple recently scouted out a penthouse just before the Thanksgiving holiday.

The luxury homes features a three-bedroom, three-bathroom floorplan with a secured elevator entrance and living and dining area.

The property is currently listed just under $10 million dollars.

Layers: Rande stayed warm himself by layering a sweater over a t-shirt and then throwing a bomber jacket on to complete the look
