Ciara was in charge of the Los Angeles festivities Tuesday night for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve coverage, while Ryan Seacrest and Lucy Hale held down the fort in New York City.
The 34-year-old singer–songwriter showcased her stunning figure with multiple outfits and musical performances as she partied the night away.
