Reality TV star Christine McGuinness appeared on Loose Women this afternoon and bravely spoke about her youngest child Felicity being diagnosed with autism.
Andrea McLean was in the anchor’s seat today alongside panellists Coleen Nolan, Denise Welch and Jane Moore.
The ladies welcomed Christine, 31, onto the show to talk about her third child being diagnosed with autism.
Christine, who is married to ITV star Paddy McGuinness, previously appeared on the ITV daytime show to talk about couple’s six-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, who were diagnosed with Autism when they were three years old.
Speaking on Loose Women today, Christine said: “I saw similar signs in Felicity like her brother and sister.”
The proud mum read out a sweet poem on the show in honour of her children.
Christine read: “I am so proud to be your mummy, you are everything to me. All three of you are thriving with ASD.
“I will never try and change you, you are perfect as you are. Mummy is going to change the world, to understand her superstars.
“You are sensitive, you are strong, and you have such a special bond. You are funny and talented, cheeky and sweet, you all love your toys to be kept extra neat.
“Shining brighter than the stars above, you are so special, so wanted and oh so loved. Leo, Penelope and Felicity, you are unaware of the positive impact you have, even on the tough days you always make me laugh.
“My trio, my babies, my fabulous three. Together we are a strong, proud, unique family. All my love always, Mummy.”
The mum told the Loose Women cast about how challenging their family dynamic is upon her marriage to the Top Gear presenter: “We’ve had one lunch together this year.
“We don’t do dates, we don’t do date nights.”
A source told Daily Star Online: “Just before the end of the show, a teary Christine kindly got up off her seat and made her way into the studio audience to pass a tissue to an emotional audience member who was in tears after hearing Christine’s poem.”
Paddy and Christine tied the knot in 2011.
The pair welcomed twins Leo and Penelope in 2013 and Felicity in 2016.
Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm
