Chris Ramsey's wife Rosie gives birth to baby boy and shares unusual name

Rosie Ramsey has given birth to her second child with comedian husband Chris.

Podcast host Rosie revealed on social media the couple’s newborn son had arrived safely and shared his adorable name.

On her Instagram page, the proud mum posted a cute snap of little Rafe Ramsay as he lay in his cot.

“Hi everyone. This is Rafe Ramsey. Born yesterday afternoon weighing 9lbs 1oz,” said Rosie.

The couple called their newborn Rafe

“He’s absolutely wonderful and looks EXACTLY like his brother! like, it’s uncanny!.

“He’s yet to meet Robin, so once we’re all settled back at home I’ll introduce him to you properly. ❤️ Hope you’re all ok xx”

Back in the summer, the Sh*gged, Married, Annoyed author delighted fans when she dropped her baby news.

Rosie, Chris and their five-year-old son Robin all posed for a sweet family shot to accompany the news of their baby joy.

Of course, little Robin was given the job of proudly holding up the ultrasound scan of his unborn sibling in the heartwarming photograph.

In the caption, Rosie joked that she was looking forward to her upcoming wine time at 4pm once her bundle of joy finally arrives.

Alongside the gorgeous snap, she penned: “4pm wine time BABY coming January 2021.”

Chris and Rosie’s family joy comes after they recently opened up about the devastating heartbreak the whole family suffered when they lost their unborn baby in 2018.

Delving into the heartbreak of the tragedy, Rosie described the miscarriage as the “worst thing ever”.

The proud mum opened up about her struggles in Vicky Pattison’s new podcast The Secret To.

She explained: “Honestly, I don’t want to sound dramatic but one of the worst things that’s ever happened in my life. You hear about women when you get to a certain age.”

“I had a miscarriage. I found out at the 12-week scan I’d actually lost the baby.

“The baby passed away at about seven or eight weeks but I still had the pregnancy sack inside so my body still thought I was pregnant but there was no baby there.”

The heartbreaking experience made Rosie incredibly anxious throughout her pregnancy with her new arrival, and during the nine months, she spoke candidly and openly about her feelings on social media.
