Chris Ramsey's wife hasn't seen him for weeks as he rehearses

Chris Ramsey’s wife Rosie admits she has only seen her husband for three hours this week as he is rehearsing nonstop for Strictly Come Dancing’s Blackpool week

Chris Ramsey’s wife Rosie has admitted she has only seen her husband for three hours this week as he is busy training for Strictly Come Dancing‘s Blackpool show.

The comedian, 33, has made it through to the next round but his hours of rehearsals means he has not got to spend much time with Rosie lately.

She took to Instagram to share a video update with followers, saying: ‘Morning, it’s very early. I came all the way to London, saw my husband very briefly.

‘Went for dinner, went to bed, watched half an hour of Downton Abbey and now I’m just wondering, what is life?

‘Chris is still in Strictly. Oh god. How did that happen, I swear… if he gets to the final… I can’t believe he’s still in it. Imagine if he makes it through to the final!

‘Go Chris, get to the final but at the same time… I did not think this was going to happen.’

She wrote alongside her video: ‘Saw my husband for all of three hours last night,” next to the graphic “What The?!”.’

Chris and Rosie, who are parents to son Robin, five, recorded their S*****d Married Annoyed podcast during their brief reunion.

Chris is partnered with Karen Hauer, the ex wife of fellow Strictly pro, Kevin Clifton, who is now in a relationship with his former Strictly celebrity partner Stacey Dooley.

Rosie previously insisted she was not worried about the Strictly curse, where celebrities and their pro partners end up forming romantic relationships.

Rosie said: 'Chris is still in Strictly. Oh god. How did that happen, I swear... if he gets to the final... I can't believe he's still in it. Imagine if he makes it through to the final!'

She said; ‘Now, strap in. This may come as a genuine shock to you but it was actually me who forced my husband to say yes to the show.”

She added: ‘But Rosie…the curse?’ I hear you ask again. Yes. I know. I am fully aware of “The Curse”, I’m also aware that it’s been given its own special name.

‘Now, I trust my husband and understand that he interacts with members of the opposite sex daily, as I do. I cannot control him.

‘I can only, like everyone else in a relationship, hope that our marriage never goes down that path, be it by him or myself.’

Strictly Come Dancing continues at 7:05pm on Saturday night on BBC One.
