Chris Pratt has teased the release of the next Jurassic World movie, comparing it to Avengers: Endgame.

Bold (but understandable) claims!

Last year’s Avengers movie is of course the highest-grossing of all time, taking $2.798 billion (£2.16 billion) at the global box office. In it, Chris played the part of Peter Quill, or Star-Lord.

So, basically, he knows what he’s talking about…

‘The script is unbelievable’ Chris said on Ellen this week of the next Jurassic World movie. ‘I can’t wait.’

‘It’s got pretty much everybody in it,’ he added, pointing to the film’s large ensemble cast, similar to that of Avengers: Endgame.

‘Maybe I just blew it, but I don’t care. All the cast from the original Jurassic Park is coming back,’ he gushed.

‘It’s going to feel very much like how Endgame brought everything together for Marvel.’

Avengers: Endgame’s impressive cast list featured Chris Hemsworth, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Robert Downey, Jr. and many more.

Meanwhile, original Jurassic Park icons Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum will all be returning for the next Jurassic World film.

It’ll also feature Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’s Bryce Dallas Howard.

Three of the five Jurassic Park franchise films have grossed over $1 billion (£770 million) – with Chris starring in the last two as lovable friend of the dinos, Owen.

The next one is expected to be released in the summer of 2021.

Chris added that he’ll be filming it ‘on and off’ for the next five months.

‘It’s a massive movie, it’s a big movie,’ he said. ‘We’ll be all over the world. The story is really, really engaging, really cool. It’s gonna be big.’
