Chris Moyles was looking the picture of health on a night out with Keith Lemon last night.
The Radio X DJ lost an incredible five stone six years ago, which he has maintained with a simple diet and fitness plan.
Sharing his pic with his famous friend, Celebrity Juice host Keith said: ‘Had a lovely evening with this fella last night.
‘Feeling it now!’
The pair may have been out on the town to celebrate the radio star’s birthday – as he turns 46 today (22 February).
There was no mention of what the guys did or where they went, but by the sounds of it, they had a blast.
And fans were thrilled to have an update on their night out.
‘A couple of proper funny fellas and the big man @chrismoylesofficial is looking in great shape,’ commented one fan.
Hard agree.
‘Wowsers, what a transformation,’ another commented.
Speaking to The Sun about his relationship with food in the past, Chris once said: ‘I don’t know what I used to think when I looked in the mirror when I was at my worst.
‘Now if I go out on a Friday or Saturday and have a few beers, I can see that I’m bloating in the mirror on Sunday.’
The star also told The Mirror: ‘I’ve become obsessed [with fitness].
‘And I watch what I eat now that I’ve had to learn to cook for myself and that takes up a lot of my time, especially if I’m not drinking, which I have been trying not to do lately.’
