He stars in sci-fi comedy Men in Black: International, which is scheduled to be released in Australia next month. 

And on Monday, Chris Hemsworth was on the campaign trail promoting the move in Bali, Indonesia.  

The 35-year-old greeted fans in Denpasar, signing autographs and posing for selfies at the Pan-Asian Media Summit.

Looking sharp for the occasion, Chris showed off his buff physique in a light grey shirt, a grey vest and matching trousers. 

He also posed wearing a pair of dark sunglasses, just like the glasses he wears in the film Men in Black: International. 

Chris, who is based in Byron Bay, appeared in high spirits as he mingled with the adoring crowd.

During his trip to Bali, he said that he hopes to continue the legacy of the original 1997 film, which starred Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. 

‘I love the original franchise. This is an opportunity to continue on that legacy and build something fun and entertaining,’ he told Business Standard

Meanwhile it was reported just last week that Chris is set to play an undercover cop in a new comedy film starring alongside American star, Tiffany Haddish. 

He will appear in the film called Down Under Cover according to Gulf News.

The Paramount film reportedly sees Chris and Tiffany’s characters investigating a group of Australian male erotic dancers involved in casino heists.   

Production is said to be starting in February, with the film having a budget of $40 million.

The directors of Avengers: Endgame, Anthony and Joe Russo, are producing the upcoming film.
