Chloe Ferry has been met with a flurry of backlash for promoting weight loss supplements yet again, with fans calling it ‘diarrhoea juice’.

Nearly three weeks after being called out by Jameela Jamil for advertising V24’s strawberry weight loss gummies, the 23-year-old has returned to her social media to tell her followers to get a different, but similar product.

The Geordie Shore star took to Twitter and Instagram and showed off Boom Bod on Monday in a snap of her wearing her Nike sportswear.

Holding a glass of the formulated green drink in her hand, she shared a picture, writing: ‘#ad A lot of you are asking Sam and I why we partner with @boombod?

‘For those of you that struggle with losing weight or just want to feel a bit more confident this is why we choose @boombod. They’ve got up to 50% off right now at [sic]’.

She ended the tweet with the brand’s website and the hashtags ‘#7daychallenge’ and ‘#RESULTS’.

However, her social media activity did not go down well with online users.

One fan blasted her, writing: ‘Glad to see Chloe Ferry is still marketing diarrhoea juice to an audience of young people [sic].’

Another quipped that Chloe and her boyfriend Sam Gowland have been taking advantage of their online ‘following’ with their posts.

They shared: ‘The real reason let’s be honest, is to make money. Promoting useless supplements that absolutely do not help you lose body fat in the slightest. Using influence and social following to sell useless supplements to people is shocking.’

The backlash comes after The Good Place’s Jameela called out Chloe earlier this month.

Sharing the fan’s comment, the actress added: ‘Oh dear god, the smell of irony and misogyny here is too much to stand…’ followed by a thumbs down emoji on Chloe’s previous post for the V24 product.

Since then, the CEO of V24 Ciaran Greenwood, has spoken out in support of the company’s product.

‘We are very proud of our progressive campaign with Chloe Ferry,’ he told Metro.co.uk, before adding: ‘We have had a lot of people thanking us for acknowledging the gender pay gap.’

‘Jameela Jamil is constantly attacking women that promote weight loss supplements but never men. This is a blatant double standard.

‘Women should be able to do any job that a man can do free from judgement. She is just virtue signalling. If she was genuinely concerned about weight loss ads she would reach out to the companies directly with her concerns.’

He added: ‘Needless to say she hasn’t contacted us.’

Khloe Kardashian recently felt the wrath of Jameela after promoting detox shakes.

The mother-of-one explained how she incorporated Flat Tummy Co’s ‘meal replacement shakes’ into her routine two weeks ago and has seen ‘undeniable’ results, and encouraged fans to buy the product.

However, the British actress slammed her post and branded it ‘irresponsible.’

Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for Boom Bod for a comment.
