Chipotle Enlists U.S., Canadian Streamers to Pitch New Quesadillas


Chipotle Mexican Grill is bringing out the big guns to announce its new hand-crafted quesadilla. The American chain of fast casual restaurants has assembled a group that includes some of the world’s most popular streamers to help announce its new digital-only menu item that sees a preservative free flour tortilla filled with Monterey Jack cheese and prepared with responsibly-raised chicken, steak, carnitas, barbacoa, sofritas, or fajita veggies ready to go.

From March 11-17 viewers of streamers such as Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, Tim “Timthetatman” Betar, Jordan “n0thing” Gilbert, Jack, “CouRage” Dunlop, and others will take to their streaming channels to try out the taste of and give away 30K free quesadillas. You can find out to get one here.

The new quesadilla is the first customizable entrée Chipotle has added to its menu since it introduced a salad option 17 years ago. As part of the activation, Chipotle will waive its delivery fee when guests order a quesadilla on the Chipotle app or Chipotle.com while having an order that is valued between $10 and $200.
