Chet Hanks shoved and  grabbed his ex-girlfriend, threatened to carry out a murder-suicide and branded her a ‘ghetto black b**** who wouldn’t be believed,’ a $1 million domestic abuse lawsuit claims. 

Kiana Parker filed legal docs against the 30-year-old rapper/actor in Texas on Tuesday, saying that Hanks was physically abusive towards her on multiple occasions between October 2020 and January 2021, TMZ reported.

Parker said in court docs that Chet, the son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, got into a clash with her in New Orleans October 18, claiming he pushed her and grabbed her arms and wrists after she said she was leaving the room they had shared at the Windsor Court Hotel.

Parker told the court that Hanks said that said she was ‘just a ghetto black b****’ who wouldn’t be believed, and that he’d threatened a murder-suicide while they were in his Sugar Land, Texas home in November. She added that her nine-year-old twins were at home during the incident.

Chet, who’s been seen on shows such as Empire and Shameless, and Parker were seen in a violent exchange on video January 8, as she was moving her things out of his abode.

Parker, in legal docs, said that Hanks had approached her with a knife in the incident, and she hit him with a pot to defend herself; she received a temporary restraining order in the incident.

Parker’s attorney Kevin Murray and D’Angelo Lowe shared details of the suit in a news conference Tuesday in Texas, saying that Hanks displayed ‘an ever-escalating pattern of domestic abuse, Page Six reported.

‘This is about violence within the confines of a relationship between a man and a woman, a man who mentally and physically and psychologically battered, Kiana Parker,’ Murray said.

Hanks, who has denied Parker’s allegations has himself sued his accuser last month after claiming she stole from him, and had committed assault and battery against him.

‘We consider the claims filed by Kiana Parker to be a shakedown,’ Hanks’ lawyer Marty Singer told the outlet. The lawsuit filed by Ms Parker is in response to the lawsuit filed by Chet Hanks against Ms Parker on March 4, 2021.’

Parker’s claims are ‘completely false, fabricated and fictional,’ the attorney said.

Hanks and Parker first dated in March of 2019 and moved in the next year, according to court docs.

Hanks released his White Boy Summer video on Tuesday, saying he decided to push up the release date based on feedback from fans.

Parker’s attorneys said ‘Chet Hanks [should] have been charged by now. Instead, he has not been charged and has made a mockery of black women in the criminal justice system by proclaiming that it’s going to be a “White boy summer,” and a “Black queen summer” while knowing he mentally and physically abused a black queen.’
