Glastonbury is one of the most iconic music festivals in the world – and now Cheryl wants to be a part of it.

The singer, who turns 36 on 30 June, has admitted she would like to perform at the renowned festival.

‘I would love to do Glastonbury’, she told Dermot O’Leary on his Radio 2 show.

Although she doesn’t appear to be a huge fan of camping – a festival activity adored by many.

‘I could go glamping,’ she admits. ‘I’m not a big fan of walking through the woods and the rain… I could do the backstage part!’

She also revealed that since becoming a mother, being a popstar has become ‘more fun’.

‘You see me sometimes at work and I would be like “Dermot, I can’t, I can’t go any longer.” Now I’m like yeah, lets go.’

But she made a comeback in early 2019 and recently released her latest single, Let You, back in May.

‘I had a break, which I needed and that was important for my headspace more than anything’, she said.

‘And it’s fun that I get to come into work and do the things I love for a career.’

But at the end of the day, she also enjoys going home ‘to the most precious part of my life.’

Cheryl also recently revealed that the best 24 hours of her life was giving birth to her son.

Adorable.
