Kimberley Walsh has revealed Cheryl is throwing a lavish party on Mother’s Day to celebrate Bear’s third birthday.
Bear, whose dad is Cheryl’s ex Liam Payne, turns three on the special day so Cheryl, 36, has organised a special get together and invited all her celebrity mates.
Speaking at the launch of the West End production Pretty Woman, Kimberley, 38, revealed she’s excited for the special day.
Kimberley, who is mum to Bobby, five and Cole, three, admitted she’s eager to celebrate Bear’s third birthday with her boys.
She told Closer: “Mother’s Day is the same day as Bear’s birthday this year, so I’m going to be at his party, putting the kids first.”
The former Girls Aloud singer also insisted her children are very close to Bear, and have built a strong bond with him.
She added: “Cheryl is planning a really fun party. Our boys are close in age, and we’ve got a lot of mutual friends.”
Opening up about Cheryl’s plans to use a sperm donor for her next baby, Kimberley also expressed her desires to have another child.
The singer went on: “I’ll be 39 next year, so if I’m going to have a baby, I should probably crack on. Girls Aloud’s 20 year anniversary will be in 2022, and by that stage I’ll probably be having another baby”.
Kimberley’s exciting admission comes after it was revealed that she ended her seven-year feud with fellow Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle.
The pair haven’t spoken since the band split in 2013 amid rumours they had a huge fallout.
The band are back in the spotlight after Nicola Roberts recently winning ITV’s The Masked Singer.
Now Kimberley has said they may have finally buried the hatchet, potentially paving the way for a Girls Aloud reunion in 2022.
It had seemed unlikely their fans’ desire for a 20th anniversary comeback would be possible, especially as Nadine had claimed a couple of months ago that getting the band together would be like “moving a mountain”.
It now seems that the mountain may be conquered after The Sun reported that Kimberley has finally spoken to Nadine and that the pair enjoyed each other’s company.
Speaking to the publication, Kimberley said: “I saw Nadine the other day in London and it was so nice to catch up with her. It’s been a while.”
She went on to say that she felt “nostalgic” after they “bumped into each other at an event.”
They were formed on ITV talent show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002 and went on to have two number one albums and over 20 Top 10 singles.
With the possibility of a comeback in the offing, 39-year-old Kimberley said: “We do have an anniversary coming up but it’s a long way off still.
“Everybody is busy at the moment but I have a lot of love for all the girls. I’m proud of all of them.”
