Chelsea vs Manchester United live stream: How to watch Carabao Cup clash online and on TV

Chelsea will be looking for a measure of revenge as they face Manchester United for a place in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.

Frank Lampard‘s side lost 4-0 at Old Trafford on the opening day of the Premier League season, and will be hoping the home comforts of Stamford Bridge can propel them onwards after a turnaround in form.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have also found the recent weeks slightly kinder, and with both sides likely to rotate there may be some newer faces on show keen to push for opportunities in sides that have shown a real willingness to utilise youth.

The Carabao Cup rules mean a drawn game goes directly to penalties at this stage, which means it may be a nervy night in London.

Here is everything you need to know.

Kick-off at Stamford Bridge is 8.05pm GMT on October 30.

How can I watch it?

The match will be shown live on Sky Sports Main Event, with coverage beginning at 7.30pm.

Sky customers can watch the match via the Sky Sports Go app or via the online player.

Odds

Chelsea 10/11

Manchester United 16/5

Prediction

This could be a tight game, with both sides set to rotate. The Carabao Cup goes directly to penalties should the game end up drawn after 90 minutes, and our prediction is Chelsea to progress on penalties.

Team News

Both sides have shown faith in youth this season in the Premier League, and this tie should offer excellent opportunity to get another look at those below the players starting to make mark on the first team.

Chelsea could give another chance to youngsters Marc Guehi at the back and Billy Gilmour in midfield, while the elevation of midfield James Garner and left-back Brandon Williams (man of the match in the Europa League last week) to the Manchester United first team suggests they may be in line for a start.

Predicted line-ups

Chelsea XI: Willy Caballero; Reece James, Kurt Zouma, Marc Guehi, Emerson; Billy Gilmour, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic; Callum Hudson-Odoi, Olivier Giroud, Pedro.

Manchester United XI: Sergio Romero; Phil Jones, Harry Maguire, Marcos Rojo; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, James Garner, Scott McTominay, Brandon Williams; Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Marcus Rashford.
