Eden Hazard has revealed that he’s made a final decision on his future and Chelsea are aware of his wishes with Real Madrid reportedly plotting a big-money move for the forward this summer.

The 28-year-old came on as a second-half substitute during Chelsea’s goalless draw away to Leicester on the final day of the Premier League campaign as Maurizio Sarri’s side finished third in the table.

Chelsea fans produced banners urging Hazard to stay on at the club during the match and the Belgian responded by blowing kisses towards the away end at the King Power Stadium after the final whistle.

Hazard has made no secret of his desire to work under childhood idol Zinedine Zidane at Madrid and Sarri has admitted that he’s powerless to stop the attacker leaving.

Though Hazard dropped a cheeky hint that he could be tempted to stay on at Stamford Bridge during the club’s awards night earlier this week, the attacker’s comments following Sunday’s draw with Leicester have cast serious doubt over his Chelsea future.

Asked whether Chelsea’s fourth-place finish altered his decision, Hazard replied: ‘No, I don’t think so. I have made my decision, that’s it.

‘I’m still waiting. Yes, [I told the club] a couple of weeks ago.

‘I have made my decision but it is not just about me. We have a final to play and then I will see. I wanted that [to have the situation sorted out] but that’s not happened.

‘I’m still waiting like you are waiting and like the fans are waiting.’

Hazard insisted that he’s still fully focused on Chelsea ahead of the side’s Europa League final against Arsenal.

‘I have never, never been distracted,’ he added.

‘When you are on the pitch, you try to be focused on the pitch with the ball. That’s it.

‘When I am on the pitch I just try to do the best. I am not thinking about this and this, my situation or the club’s situation. I just try to win games.’

Sarri refused to rule out the possibility of Chelsea’s Player of the Season leaving the club in the summer.

‘I don’t know. If Hazard is thinking the history here is finished then in his mind it is finished,’ the Italian said.

‘I can try to speak to him but it’s not easy because of course I want Hazard, but I want Hazard with a very high level of motivation.

‘You have to ask the club because I am not in control of the market and I am not in charge of the renewal of the contract so I am not able to answer.’
