Charlotte Crosby threw a huge tantrum on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia after she spotted a crocodile – as her co-star denied she’s raked in $1million from the show.
The 29-year-old reality star, who began her appearance on the show earlier this month, was in hysterics on Monday night during a trial when she noticed what she thought was a crocodile lurking nearby.
Former Geordie Shore star Charlotte was in a challenge with campmate Miguel Maestre in a river in South Africa, when she began waving her arms around in fear.
The Spanish chef got up close to the crocodile in a bid to protect his co-star.
But he soon realised it was a prank by show hosts Dr Chris Brown and Julia Morris and threw the scary-looking toy into the distance, as Charlotte relaxed.
Charlotte shrieked: “You ba****ds!” at the show hosts while Miguel exclaimed: “Oh my god, that’s not fair! That’s so unfair.”
It comes as Charlotte’s former co-star Perez Hilton, who was kicked off the show on Monday, shunned claims she is being paid $1million to appear on the Australian version of I’m A Celebrity.
The media personality believes Charlotte would have taken a smaller amount than the others.
He thinks Charlotte may be more interested in raising her awareness in Australia.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, he said: “She would have taken a lot less than some of the others.
“My thinking is she wants more awareness in Australia so she would be willing to do it for less money just to have more exposure in Australia.”
Perez has admitted Australians “had no idea who this person is” and revealed he doesn’t think her pay slip will be large.
Channel 10 has denied claims that Charlotte negotiated a “$1million contract” for her I’m A Celeb stint.
A spokesperson told the publication: “That figure is ludicrous. Completely untrue.”
