She’s been on a whirlwind  publicity tour for her upcoming comedy with Seth Rogen.

Charlize Theron was focused on comfort as she landed at New York’s JFK airport on Friday.

The 43-year-old Oscar winner opted for a casual blue tracksuit for her trip back from London.

Charlize married her loose-fitting blue outfit with a matching blue handbag and a pair of white trainers.

The 5ft10in Atomic Blonde star traded in her usual blonde tresses for the stylish chestnut bob she debuted at the Academy Awards ceremony in February.

She went makeup free for the long travel day, and wore a large pair of dark sunglasses.

Charlize arrived in New York from London, where she hit the red carpet for the UK premiere of her new comedy Long Shot.

She stars opposite Seth Rogen as US Secretary of State Charlotte Field, a leading contender to become the first female president.

Field begins to have romantic stirrings for her speech writer Fred Flarsky, played by Rogen. The two knew each other going back to childhood, when she was his babysitter.

The movie’s screenplay languished for years on the Black List, a collection of Hollywood’s best-reviewed but unproduced screenplays.

In a conversation with Seth Rogen for Entertainment Weekly, Charlize explained that the film originally was more divorced from real-life US politics, but was updated in the wake of the election of President Donald Trump.

‘Re-reading the script, we felt there was a need to address the state that we’re in in a way that makes you feel like you’re watching something that feels something you know but isn’t necessarily something that’s commenting on what’s right or what’s wrong.’

Though she’s starring in the romantic comedy, real-life Charlize is currently single and on the market.

She was rumored to be linked with Hollywood icon Brad Pitt earlier this year, but she shot down the rumors while speaking with Australia’s Sunday Life.

‘I’m not really thinking about dating now,’ she told the publication, adding that she’s single and most concerned with raising her two children.

Her last major romance was with actor and director Sean Penn. The two began dating in late 2013, and announced their engagement a year later, but they separated the following year.

Charlize was previously in a relationship with Irish actor Stuart Townsend from 2001-2010, and before that with Third Eye Blind singer Stephan Jenkins from 1998-2001.
