In another clip, she wrote: “Also, the spin class might have been a bit too optimistic. It was way too hard, think I should have started with something a bit easier for my first time back. I took it at my own pace but I genuinely nearly cried.”
The actress added: “Pilates tomorrow. That should be a lot less intense.”
Charley is currently on a break from her role on the ITV soap as she enjoys motherhood following her family’s new addition.
She is a mum to her three sons – Buster, nine, Bowie, four and her latest addition Ace – who she shares with Emmerdale co-star Matthew.
