Chance the Rapper has appeared to suggest he will be voting for Kanye West over presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

The rapper took to Twitter on Monday to show some love and support for his friend Kanye, by sharing the hitmaker’s new song about his late mother Donda.

However, Chance made things get political as he commented: ‘And yall out here tryna convince me to vote for Biden. Smfh.’

In case you missed it, Biden is hoping to beat Donald Trump at the next election in order to become the next president of the United States.

And Kanye West has since announced that he is putting his hat into the ring for the POTUS race.

When followers began to react to Chance’s tweet, he added: ‘Are u more pro biden or anti ye and why?

‘I get that you’ll want to reply that you’re just tryna “get trump out” but in this hypothetical scenario where you’re replacing Trump, can someone explain why Joe Biden would be better??’

As more fans flooded his mentions, he continued: ‘I finally got the answer now. I understand. Yall trust Biden more than yall trust Ye. I think I understand why, I just don’t feel the same way.’

Soon Chance found himself trending for all the wrong reason and he used the opportunity to highlight a bigger issue.

He wrote: ‘I didn’t plan on trending today, but I would like take this opportunity to say: with all these apologies and accountabilities going around the city of Chicago and the Chicago Police Dept should finally admit to and denounce the assassination of Fred Hampton.’

His comments come in contrast to Will.i.am, who referred to Kanye’s hopes of becoming the next president as a ‘dangerous thing to be playing with’.

The hitmaker explained: ‘If you’re not serious, you don’t play with that, especially now.

‘Like what the f***, seriously, I don’t even know what like community service you do.’

The Black Eyed Peas star argued that Kanye does not need to become president in order to change the world, as people are capable of helping the community in other ways.
