Liverpool, Chelsea and City are among the top seeds along with European heavyweights Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Zenit St Petersburg and Paris Saint-Germain.
Spurs, meanwhile, were in pot two along with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.
