Celebrity Cruises are giving away a free luxury holiday if you can find the hidden code on five travel photos

YOU could be in with a chance of winning a luxury cruise holiday by simply finding codes hidden in five travel photos.

The striking “gigapixel” images were taken by London-based photographer, Will Pearson, and show breathtaking views across Bruges, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen and Oslo.

The images are made up of 500 individually taken photos, meaning you can explore every corner of the cityscapes by zooming in.

Hidden in each of the images is Celebrity Cruises’ X-shaped logo containing a unique code.

But with each image containing more than four billion pixels – compared to the 12 million pixels on an iPhone 11 – the hunt could take days, or even weeks.

Anyone able to crack the puzzle on the dedicated website and find all five codes will be entered into a draw to win a luxury cruise on board Celebrity Apex when she launches in March next year.

All they have to do is correctly enter the codes into the specially designed entry form and submit their answers.

The winner will get to go on Celebrity Apex’s inaugural 10-night Northern Europe Capital Cities cruise.

Departing from Southampton on April 13, the ship’s itinerary will take guests to all five cities pictured.

Will Pearson said: “This was an incredible project to work on.

“Each of these iconic cities has a unique feel – if you were set down blindfolded in Bruges or Copenhagen, you’d know instantly where you were when the blindfold was removed.

“Travelling by train between locations to limit environmental impact allowed me to meet many travellers along the way.

“And it was heart-warming how helpful people were, and how keen they were to highlight just what made their city stand out as an amazing place to visit.”

Those taking part should keep an eye on Celebrity Cruises’ social media channels, which will be revealing clues about the location of the codes throughout the week.

Jo Rzymowska, from Celebrity Cruises, said: “While Gigapixel technology allows the destinations to be explored in unbelievable precision, nothing can compare to discovering these amazing cities for yourself.

“We are so excited to offer two lucky people the chance to open up their world through this incredible 10 night itinerary which will bring these iconic cities to life.

“Celebrity Apex, our revolutionary new ship setting sail from Southampton in 2020, provides the ultimate in luxury and stylish design as the perfect complement to these stunning destinations.”
