Catherine Zeta Jones' dad seen 'rocking' protective mask during coronavirus lockdown

Catherine Zeta Jones, 50, has been giving fans a glimpse at her home life on social media recently.

The Welsh actress is currently in quarantine with her husband Michael Douglas, 75, and their teenage kids at their lavish New York residence.

During this unprecedented time, the movie star has been documenting her life online as she keeps busy at home with her family.

Mum-of-two Catherine, who shares children Dylan, 19, and Carys, 16, with the famous actor, has also been staying in touch with her relatives who live across the Atlantic Ocean.

Yesterday, Catherine took to her Instagram Stories to share a picture of her father who is on lockdown miles away in Wales.

The image showed her dad singing karaoke at home with a protective mask on his face.

She captioned the snap: “My dad at home in Wales today. Rocking it! Stay well Papa.”

Catherine’s dad David Jones could be seen in a patterned shirt and smart trousers with a microphone in hand.

He belted out Tom Jones track Green Green Grass of Home during the singing session.

In October last year, David and Catherine’s mum Patricia celebrated 53 years of marriage.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Catherine, who tied the knot with Michael almost 20 years ago, had only just got round to seeing her own wedding pictures.

According to the Daily Mail, Catherine allegedly said: “I looked at the proofs and that was it – I never made an album. The photographer got in touch recently, so about three weeks ago I got to see all my wedding photographs. It was a wonderful day.”

It is unknown why the Chicago star waited so long to see the snaps, however the couple reportedly struck an exclusive deal with Ok! Magazine to publish the wedding pictures for £1 million.

The couple wed at the Plaza Hotel in New York on November 18, 2000.
