CARRIE Symonds has been spotted back at Downing Street as Boris Johnson visits hospitals on the campaign trail.
Carrie, who began moving her stuff into No11 last week, was seen arriving by car around the back of the residence this afternoon.

A bed was loaded into the property on Thursday as the couple get settled into their new home.
While a stack of John Lewis parcels were wheeled around the front last week.
Today’s snaps come after Boris and Carrie were spotted enjoying a night out in West London, on Friday.
HAPPY COUPLE
The couple had a bite to eat at Mamma Mia in East Sheen before zooming off in a car back to No11.
But while Carrie gets settled into her new home in Westminster her other half has been visiting a hospital in Lincolnshire while discussing his £1.8bn NHS boost.
Boris and Carrie, who are the first unmarried couple to live together in Downing Street, have chosen to stay in the flat above No11 instead of the smaller residence above No10.
They had been living together in Carrie’s flat in Camberwell, South London, but were forced to move after their neighbours recorded them having a furious row, and called the police.
The pair have bought another home, also in Camberwell.
SUPPORTIVE GIRLFRIEND
So far Carrie has kept out of the limelight since Boris has entered No10.
She was there to watch him make his first speech on the steps of Downing Street last Wednesday, but hasn’t been seen much since.
Carrie spent some of the weekend at the PM’s Chequers residence, it was revealed earlier this week.
It’s believed the couple will be furnishing the home out of their own pockets after No10 revealed “there will not be any additional cost to the taxpayer”.
And Carrie won’t have any publicly funded staff working for her either.
It was reported earlier this week that Carrie has spoken to former ‘First Lady’ Samantha Cameron about life in No10.
