Caroline Flack’s boyfriend Lewis Burton was seen spending Xmas morning by himself.

The tennis player, 27, was pictured jogging alone as he was torn apart from his girlfriend, 40, as a result of the bail conditions following her tearful appearance in court.

It comes as Caroline revealed her plans to volunteer as well as spend time with her friends.

Flack pleaded not guilty to assault by beating and Burton denied she hit him over the head with a lamp on social media.

The couple allegedly got into a row which led to Caroline’s arrest in the early hours of last week.

Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court refused to relax bail terms which prevent the pair from being in contact with each other.

Lewis put his emotions out into the world after his girlfriend faced court.

The Instagram star shared his Christmas heartache when he confessed they would be unable to spend the festive period and New Year together as planned due to his girlfriend’s bail conditions.

Lewis is throwing his support behind Caroline

In a candid Instagram post, he emotionally admitted his “gutted” attitude, writing: “It’s heartbreaking I can’t see my girlfriend over Christmas.”

Lewis continued: “What I witnessed today was horrible. She did not hit me with a lamp. Arguments do happen every day in every relationship.

“Gutted I am not allowed to protect her right now.”

Lewis’ heartbreaking post comes after a judge refused an application by Caroline’s lawyers to remove bail conditions which are preventing the coupe from having contact.

Flack and Burton have stayed in a relationship and Lewis has been supporting her, a court heard.

Later Caroline took to social media and she admitted she ignored “advise” while sharing her Christmas wishes to her supporters.

The former Love Island host wrote: “Been advised not to go on social media … but I wanted to say happy Christmas to everyone who has been so incredibly kind to me this year…..”

Addressing the drama being in the public eye, she wrote: “This kind of scrutiny and speculation is a lot to take on for one person to take on their own…”

She continued to hint that the public haven’t heard the full truth of the situation as she announced she has “a story to tell.”

The TV icon added: “I’m a human being at the end of the day and I’m not going to be silenced when I have a story to tell and a life to keep going with….
