Carol Vorderman, 61, jetted abroad to start the new year with a health retreat in Portugal. The former Countdown star posted a picture of herself from the trip today as she landed at Heathrow this evening.
Carol was left feeling glum as she returned from her much needed Portugal trip.
She posted a picture of herself from the trip in a stunning red jumpsuit.
The curve hugging red outfit highlighted the star’s phenomenal physique.
She completed the look with a pair of boots and wore her hair in its regular waved tresses.

Carol took a break from social media while on the retreat, not posting since Monday.
Then she posted a string of pictures from her retreat in tight gym wear.

“Walked 70 miles this week and now upped it to 12 miles a day… in my favourite trainers @inov_8.
