Following Mushroom’s performance to Crazy by Gnarls Barkley, Davina McCall suggested it could be the Countdown star behind the mask.
The judge said: “Previously we have talked about her fantastic brain. There has been mention of numbers and educating people.
“And, she is crazy, I know that.
“I am thinking of Carol Vorderman, but I have never heard Carol sing.”
After the show aired, Carol retweeted a post from The Masked Singer’s official Twitter account which listed the presenter as an official guess.
